‘23 IL WR Carnell Tate (Ohio State commit)

Nobody knows that yet.. If he ends up a Vol I hope he ends up a beast, but star rankings don't guarantee success.

It’s not just star rating. Look at the competition he plays against, his film and offer list. It’s never just one thing. While star rankings don’t guarantee success, it’s a better indication of the potential success.

Say you had a high ranking 3* out of say Connecticut. The guy obviously doesn’t play against really good HS competition. Say his offer list has a few decent programs sprinkled in like Miami, ND, Penn State and FSU. Now compare that to a highly ranked 4* who plays at IMG. Whole obviously plays against very tough HS competition and has offers from Bama, UGA, OSU, Clemson, TX, TAMU, OU, Oregon and USC.

Which one are you picking?

Wow. I thought we were in much better shape with Tate than that.
you thought his recruitment was over in other words, OSU has been recruiting him for prob 2 years us maybe a year, and he's been there 6 times to our 3, good news is we get him memorial day visit most likely

No. I just thought we were in the lead. I still got faith he is a Vol in the end.

50% of the time he's right everytime.
