oh, you mean me. ok

You know the same type of haters that are mad if their ex-girlfriends that dumped them are with a new guy that's twice their size in the bedroom, you'll normally find that type of prevailing attitude with people trying to convince you why you shouldn't watch Tucker. The neo-liberals are all over him in this country.

If you're one of Tuckers loyal listeners - then yes. Let me know if I need to explain why.
Hardly ever touch the stuff except for bits and pieces but explain away if you think its necessary. It's funny that a lot of youtubers like Joe Rogan are beating them in ratings also. And, if you need an explanation I'll be happy to enlighten you.

Lecturer. Not even tenure track. Contract must be annually renewed. Only a step up from adjunct.

Hey, that's my rank too...

technically he was hired to be Executive Director of Georgetown's Constitution Center. not sure why they keep using the term lecturer as he was clearly hired as an administrator and that included some lecturing duties.

Ah, thanks! I stand corrected.

Still, his "You can't fire me; I quit!" schtick was pretty funny.

Why would anyone with a conservative mindset bother working for a place like Georgetown U? JohnsHopkins just hired Allyn Walker, the trans that was fired from Old Dominion for saying we should call pedophiles "minor attracted persons".

Most of these universities do not have a single original thought among them anymore and any real faculty (even liberal tenured ones) cower under their desks in fear from Robespierre students as much as woke administrators.

Because hopefully conservatives want to be a part of higher education and aren't afraid of Allyn Walker's opinions.

There is no education going on - no solons of learning to think and question. These are simply mills of groupthink that even the soviets at their apogee would be proud of. The slightest deviance from the mantra du jour is met with apocalyptical response. There are no people of goodwill who disagree. It is only, "Your thought or speech offense must be obliterated from existence lest others should see it and be infected by its truth".

And no one is afraid of some waifish twink's opinions. Disgusted, sickened and saddened perhaps but no, not afraid.

Conservatives have been saying this **** my whole life and then I bravely faced college, I spoke my mind, and lived to tell the tale, if you can believe it. I even learned a few things and stunningly managed to receive an education.

My Dad just retired from teaching econ at a liberal arts college for the last 25 years, and I can promise you that all of his time was spent teaching things that would lead someone to become a conservative. He even won educator of the year 2x.

You're speaking in such absolutes that you can't be taken seriously. "No education" and "not a single original thought", etc....it's a damn joke to anybody who is the least bit familiar with college education.

Their absolutism will never be quenched. You could hide cameras in lecture halls and Zoom them in to see for themselves and they wouldn't believe what they were witnessing.

I am definitely not saying that it is at ALL liberal arts colleges but at the most elite ones, it is pervasive. It is also something that has been going on a long time but has accelerated IMO by a vast amount in the last 5 years or so. Granted, one could compare the level of radicalism to the 60s and I think it would probably not be far, though the message would have changed. What I see now is that before, the professors were the ones spewing mindless drivel. Now it is the students themselves whom the professors fear to offend for not being sufficiently progressive.

For some reason, this is the language that the professional elite are using as a shibboleth to weed out the undesirable middle class. That is why the elite schools most of all have picked this up and their feeder schools and all those who emulate them. The true elite super rich of course, trained in doublespeak from a young age, know how to speak the language of the furthest left without ever truly applying any of its ideals to themselves.

I do wonder if the reason for this is that social media and the big tech elite who run them, amplify and curate the message into the soft skulls of the young. This has been the major change I think. Those young are then pushing the institutions to run faster than they otherwise would. All of it, however, indoctrination from a particular camp. The schools are no longer the primary source, however, just amplification and training camps.

DEI has been set up at each place like a modern day Committee of Public Safety to oversee almost all actions by the school, its staff and teachers (including their private lives).

Lol.....I do like to watch Tucker. I don't watch every night but he has a fresh perspective. You would be surprised that Tucker's position is different than some of his colleagues on many topics.

I think most most people agree this administration is an absolute trainwreck if they are being honest. There is almost nothing good you can point to that this congress and executive branch is doing that we can say we are better off since Jan 2021. That is why CNN and MSNBC has lost a lot of viewers. They are disingenuous fools and people understand that now.
Keep in mind we have loyal Morning Joe and Don Lemon listeners on this forum. I guarantee I could watch Morning Joe tomorrow and the talking points on there would be echoed on here immediately.
