Massengill is an all around player hence the assists and rebounds. Haven't seen much, but she has good size and a good bball IQ. She'll be a great compliment to the other scoring guards we have in Hayes and Westbrook (and Cooper if she stays). The reason I'm willing to give Holly a shot is because since she's been the HC she's never really had the depth at guard to compete with the major contenders. No lockdown defenders, or guards that'll create for themselves and others. Yes we've had the Masengale's and Simmons', but we haven't had a group of guards capable of playing both sides of the ball (offense and defense). I guess I'm just optimistic. Lol

She gets assist mainly because she plays point! BUT I am telling you Elizabeth is the player you want!!!! She is the point of the defense and her pressure is allowing others to get steals! Massengill is a good get.... Balogun would be special. You do not list rebounds for Balogun??? Something wrong with your stats??

I really was not questioning you but I saw her get stronger rebounds and put backs... If you get another chance to see them? Watch for interactions between them while warm ups going on and off court! They are friends and enjoy each other's comradery. While playing together.... Jasmine will look for her on offense as Elizabeth is looking for openings on the defense and Jasmine is looking for her to get open! They play well together!

Nicoletti is ranked 3rd by Hoopgurlz, is listed at 5'10", and is lavishly portrayed as a Ticha Penicheiro clone with scoring ability.

Conversely, Prospects Nation lists her at #36, shortens her to 5'7", and spells her Izabela Nicoletti Leite.

It's fairly common to see discrepancies in player rankings, but can someone shed some light on these other differences? Thanks.

The young lady is originally from Brazil, her full name is listed on the Prospects Nation website. As far as the height, seeing different listings is not that unusual. The Brazilian roster for the 2015 Fiba Americas Championship lists her as 5'11".

If we get her, I hope she is closer to 5'11". If we don't, I hope she is closer to 5'7". 😉

It seems to me that the creme de la creme of international guards is that they can flat out shoot. I hope she is one of those and will come be a Lady Vol.
