I'm Upset too but CROMPTON is our Future.

Crompton looked solid, but he still has ways to go. That's a good thing though..

Obviously true. But, in his first real action, in a BIG game, with LSU's D and DB's, he was that solid. Given half a chance, he could walk right past EA. I like EA. Plan on seeing him be a stud next year after his improvements with Cut thus far. But, JC is already a stud.

I agree, he's for real. Just think how good he's going to be once the game starts slowing down..

Think how much better he might have been tonight had he been able to get meaningful minutes against Memphis.

Ainge is still considerably better than Crompton.....a healthy offense (Ainge and Coker) would have done wonders against the LSU offense......
Condierably better????? did someone lace your brownies with a little "mary jane" ?

That has its merit, but the last thing you won't now is EA think there is another QB race. Cut doesn't play that game. EA is either the man, or he's out. It's the Cut system. Obviously, EA is the man now, and barring mystic occurances, next year as well. Just a metaphorical statement.

I don't think Ainge would feel that he was losing his job if Crompton was inserted while the Vols lead 35-0. Crompton got one series, I think, before Bo "hand signals" Hardegree was put into the game.
