"Improved refs" hurting the game

They were in the double bonus with like 13 minutes left in the first half. Any fast tempo team is going to suffer. Lastnight anytime we started picking up momentum, it was with a fast tempo. The officials need to lay off and let them play. Nobody payed money to watch the refs blow thier 35cent whistle.

Was watching a spotscenter special on how the refs have a point of emphasis of calling it by the book this year. In this marathon on the ESPN networks, I've never in my life seen as many foul calls in games. This TN game is no exception. This is getting a bit ridiculous.

Calling it by the book this year? What were they doing last year and the year before. Seriously. That would be like me walking into my boss's office and saying, "Hey boss, ya know this year I am going to actually work hard and do what I supposed to do". :dunno:
