I was watching ESPN yesterday and heard Louser Holtz say that SC is better than UT and that he is SURE the Vols are going to lose this weekend. I think he still holds a grudge against UT because he was dominated by us when he coached at ND and SC. What an idiot!

He did predict that SC or UF would win the East when asked last night during the VT/Clem game.

yep he talks up nd, ark., and sc. maybe they pay him a pension. that and we are a top 10 team and sc is unranked so they have to hype sc to get better ratings.

Holtz is a moron. How can you possibly pick a team that already has two sec losses and hasnt beaten a team with a winning record ALL YEAR...to win the east over Florida and Tennessee.

If was anyone else but Lou I'd be upset. Glad to see he's keeping that unbiased streak going they are supposed to have as a "reporter".

Maybe not, but you can bet your bottom dollar that the biggest reason Gameday is going to Columbia is because they're all hoping for the upset. Nothing was more obvious watching the VT/Clemson game last night. They're all excited about the prospect of SC beating us.

upset=ratings. they have to hype the upset for any outside of sc and tenn fans to care about watching. the fulmer vs spurrier storyline is just a way of justifying it.

just so know holtz also picked ark. to beat southern cal.

indeed. i have never seen those two talk about tennessee in a positive manner. i am pretty sure they both hate us. that isnt saying espn hates us. i actually think some folks at espn like us, just not may and holtz. halftime of the georgia game was as happy as i have ever seen them.
