We are not Clemson. Who by the way, has a pretty long winning streak vs your team. No love loss there.

And to bring up confidence. Hell yea we are confident. Our redefinded quarterback, receiver and stable defense gives us a right to be. With the exception of the AF game the team has performed really, I mean really well this year.

I would not call it being over confident. If you have read through some of the threads there is a general feeling by all the Vols are going to win but few think its a given. Carolina has for many years played the Vols tough. I would not say we WILL win but I like our chances better then your chances.

Maybe not, but you can bet your bottom dollar that the biggest reason Gameday is going to Columbia is because they're all hoping for the upset. Nothing was more obvious watching the VT/Clemson game last night. They're all excited about the prospect of SC beating us.

It is a win win situation for them.

They want us to lose, but if we do blow them out they can talk for a week about how we are for real.

I was watching ESPN yesterday and heard Louser Holtz say that SC is better than UT and that he is SURE the Vols are going to lose this weekend. I think he still holds a grudge against UT because he was dominated by us when he coached at ND and SC. What an idiot!

Not quite as clean as he would have you to believe. The success that he enjoyed always seemed to come at the beginning of his coaching tenure at these schools. He would build and leave before the @#$# hit the fan (Minnesota and ARK) or they would run Lou and the family out of town (ND and USC) I don't listen to him.
