Candy won by 10. Fla went on a run and went ahead in the 2nd half, but had no one rebounding if they missed their 3's. Pretty good game. Candy threatened to blow them out early and Fla pressed them and got some easy baskets and hit some 3's to keep it close until late.

They wont make it to a 1 seed. If they get seeded 5th, they'll lose to the 4 seed, and if a 6th, they lose to the 3rd. Of course that's assuming that no upsets occur to the higher seeds.

Fla made a run and it went back and forth in the 2nd half. Candy had about a 4 point lead down the stretch and then pulled away. It wasn't a blowout.

I don't know. I get that "first-round loss to the motivated mid-major conference champion" feeling with Indiana.

they were predicted a 4 seed last by espn

...i could see a round or two

but if two, they'll probably get thumped by a 1 seed on a neutral court

They'll probably draw a 4 and get placed in Kentucky's region for ratings purposes. Of course, it all depends on opponent - if they were to draw someone like New Mexico in the second round, I'd bet against IU.

What I'm expecting is the selection committee to try their hardest to create a ratings bonanza: Indiana-Louisville in the second round to play UK in the Sweet 16. Would be a huge TV draw.
