2nd round, 1st team selection of the 2008 NFL Draft... The Indianapolis Colts select LB Jerod Mayo from the University of Tennessee. That would be pretty sweet. DT and OLB are a need for the Colts, so it wouldn't surprise me.

Considering that Keyon Whiteside didn't work out very well for them, I think they might shy away from UT linebackers. I do believe Whiteside's career was slowed by an extremely terrible knee injury. Anyway, there are other guys I'd rather the Colts pursue.

Yeah, I was so pumped when they picked up Whiteside, but he didn't do anything. If Mayo is the best OLB on the board, I'd love for the Colts to take him.

Hell, I think it'd be awesome if the Colts drafted Erik Ainge in the 3rd or 4th round to let him learn a few things from Peyton... although it's probably still a little early to draft Peyton's eventual replacement.

The more Volunteers for our Colts, the better... except for Keyon Whiteside, haha.

He's threw enough INTs against them last time to last him the rest of his career against the Bolts.

Colts franchise TE Dallas Clark. That's good to see. Kind of sucks that they had trouble reaching a long-term deal, though.

The only remaining unsigned unrestricted free agents are Jake Scott and Josh Thomas. The Colts recently inked Ryan Lilja to a 5-year deal.
