Can anybody remember when we got a good call in a tight gm? It always seems to me that every time were in a tight gm the calls start going against us

I actually dont think it was indisputable either. you can't say it is indisputable he didn't have control of the tip of that ball. In other words, you can dispute it... saying his thumb and fingers still possessed the very tip of the ball when the ball crossed the plane. I don't like the replay system altogether

You guys are trying way too hard.

JMall is right, the top teams get close calls. But its been a long time since I was as proud of our team.

The Pig play was a fumble. unfortunately that rule killed us in that moment. What is killing me is the THREE FLAGS IN A ROW THAT ALLOWED THE OT. I just watched the last 30 seconds and I don't believe none of the penalties were real. It was like the ref had money on Ga. I feel like a kid who just got dumped and really, really hate it for these kids. They straight up beat that team

i wouldn't say he had control as he broke plane, but he had possession and had left hand on ball when it hit plane, I thought that meant TD, play over...it wasn't a reception that has to be controlled to the ground.

Having your hand on the ball doesn't mean you have possession.

This play will go down in UT lore, but it was a fumble. In retrospect, I applaud his effort but it wasn't 4th down, he "should" have kept both hands on it and gotten what he could.

But I'm also not a SEC football player fighting for the goal line in OT against a Top 10 team. It had to look like it was literally just another centimeter away. I probably would have done the same thing.

That is where you're wrong. The losing battle is you trying to convince me to change my opinion. Its not gonna happen bro. Move on.

I don't care if you accept the truth, but it doesn't change that you're wrong. Whether you choose to accept it or not is irrelevant.

It is the right call for the enforcement of a moronic rule that needs to be changed. Offense retains possession when the ball is fumbled out of bounds, except the endzone where it becomes the opposing team's ball. The idiot that came up with the rule should be shot. This rules should be changed immediately.

I agree. How can you indisputably say he didn't have control when it broke the plane? You can say it but not indisputably.
