Injuries?

Georgia is the worse team for the Vols to match up against so I don't know why folks want to play UGA again,,,
This is what I think too. They're clearly more talented and there's only so much scheming you can do to workaround that unfortunately. Nothing wrong with hoping we beat them next time; I know I do, but I don't see how anyone could have strong confidence we overwhelm them next time or look forward to the game. We're definitely closer to them than we were last season, I'll give them that, but Georgia still dominated along the line of scrimmage if not in all three phases of the game on Saturday and it was hard to watch.

To me, and uneducated talent novice, Tillman didn't look 100 percent. Seeing him limping a little tells me he's still not ready to return and I feel he's going to check out to focus on recovering and protect his draft status.

It's just a shame he got hurt period!

Definitely more short routes. UGA was not going to let us beat them deep. They were going to make us earn it 8 yards at a time.
We had several open deep recievers that game. Hooker just had an off day and did not see them or overthrew them. I think we gave up on the deep ball way early to try and get the ball out quick. Most of hooks passes in the first half were short dink and dunk passes. That’s not our offense. I think we played a gameplan that threw our whole offense off.

On all the deep passes there seemed to be pressure in his face or a lookout block off the edge. Check this out. I have never in my life seen PFF grades this bad:

Starting RG gets an 8.0?! LT a 33.4!!! In your QBs face and blindside all night. There's your ballgame.

Doubt it. I’d assume they want this game played in Atlanta.

You may be right. But they can pack Atlanta with either one of these teams in it. They don't need both to pack it. If they put Georgia in Atlanta and Tennessee in LA, I guarantee Tennessee would send more to LA than anyone else, including a Pac 12 team. In the past, it seems the committee has tried to avoid conference rematches in the semis. Make them earn it by getting to the championship.

That said, who knows what a committee will do and why.

I’m a little injured. I was hoping for a different score, yeah.

52-0 didn’t happen. Only time will heal this injury.

Let’s thump Missouri!

Go VOLS!!
