Huh??? Come again?

Are those towns in Japan?

You've really never known anyone who didn't wear shoes in their house??? It's pretty common. I knew a lot of people like that in Nashville and Knoxville.

Wow talk about a big recruitment. There were a lot of head coaches from big time programs in those pics. I bet the kid loved life those 12 months. Probably not so much now.

I wonder if Kiffin is slipping him a check in that first pic when they are shaking hands?

Standard practice in a lot of communities when you visit someone's home. (Keeps dirt & especially mud off the carpet.) Hawaii & Calgary come to mind, maybe Columbus, Ohio too?

My mom's house!!! She would break your ankles if you tracked anything into the house. Everyone took their shoes off at the door!

I don't think it matters now, but can a team provide a recruit with a team jersey prior to commitment?

I lived in Calgary, Alberta, Canada for 13 years and NEVER visited anyone without first taking my shoes off in their entry hall. Well, maybe once or twice.

And yes, Hawaii is more Asian than Caucasian, population wise. Lots of people of Japanese & Chinese descent there.

Maybe you should get out of your Briar Patch more often & travel some!
