There's no argument to be made that, right now, Clemson is not a better job than UT. It clearly is.

I really hope that's not a serious statement.

I'll admit the Tennessee HC job has fallen off over the last several years, but it's still a top 15 job. Clemson is not.

And didn't Kiffin essentially have choice between Clemson and Tennessee last year? I guess we know his opinion of which is a better job.

yea miami always sells out big games...once in a decade is better than every 20 years lol...miami playing at the swamp was awesome...but they lost

I don't know about that. The Miami-FSU game doesn't even sell out anymore. Last time UF played in the OB, we brought 30,000 fans. Hell when UT played there in '03 there were thousands of empty seats. Now UM puts 4 giant tarps in the corners of the upper deck at Landshark to hide empty seats.

The move to Landshark Stadium and the decision to join the ACC might spell the death of the program, and that's a shame. The Orange Bowl, as old and decrepit as it was, was a superior venue to where the Canes play now.

And for the record, I think the Tennessee job is much more desirable than Clemson.

Clemson is a regional program, kinda like Auburn, whereas Tennessee has a much more national reach historically.

Valid random thoughts from one of our resident gators.
