Interesting Take From Pat Dooley

another way to look at it: the vols are something like 70-27-5 all time vs. vanderbilt.

looks like there was a time when vanderbilt beat up on UT, or atleast played things pretty evenly. if a vanderbilt fan made the argument that they were winning consistently against UT at some point in 1930, would you care??
didn't think so. you would laugh. you're our vanderbilt. since 1976 UF is 18-6 against UT. 6 wins in 24 years? pathetic.

2 Bits,

#2 says - But the game did show something. It showed that all summer when I was on radio shows around the country telling people Florida had a major issue at wide receiver and the Gators might not be a shoo-in for the national title game because of that and they all scoffed at me, well, I was right. Now, suddenly, everybody sees what I was talking about. But now that they see it, they discovered it. Dude, it has been there all along.

Isn't that what you jumped on BPV for saying in another thread in this forum?

.

No, I jumped him because he's a dolt.

The game was three days ago and in four we all play another team, and another after that, and another after that.

This is over.

Tell your embarrassing brother about it. Don't you guys usually hide the dementia infested, old wrinkly folk in the closet?

I know you're on here tooting your own horn against Tennessee and all, but yeah it's still pathetic you have a losing record against Ole Miss, and that includes recent history since you Gator fans love it so much.

Do we need to link your idiotic response?

Honestly, it does help me better understand much of your stupidity on here.

Once again- Your standard response to everything is is "Idiot" and "Stupid" because you lack any reasonable, intelligent response. Grow up.

Prove he is right. One game against Tennessee proves he is right about UF's receivers? No.

I can play this game too.

Prove he is wrong. Wouldn't the first game against a defense with a heartbeat be a better indicator than the others you played?

I don't know how bad or good your receiving corp will be, I can however say that without Harvin and from what I saw it is an issue and a severe drop off from what you had last year.

1. I don't need to prove him wrong. BPV is the one who made this bold statement to begin with. The burden of proof is on him.

2. Precisely- You don't know know and neither does BPV.

3. UF plays 12 regular season games. A proper assesment cannot be made 3 games into the season.

entertaining. When looking silly, pull out the burden of proof. You linked an author to support your stupidity and in the same thread said he's wrong because he's saying the same thing I said. That's salty.

When those things being tossed out don't fit in those drawers, I'll have a different response.

I think you'll find that you are the leading vote getter in the stupid pile. Those who say sensible things are nowhere close.

I do have to admit that your being enough of a loser to continue trolling our board, even as an old freaking man, does bias my judgment some. That said, most of the heavy lifting you're providing with your commentary.

In the end, you just told us that you make comments, not because they're sensible, but because I'm a dolt. That says heaps about your commentary and I understand now that you're saying stupid stuff because you believe it's all I can understand. I now have more respect for you when you make no sense.

You have played three games, and the wr's did not look good against a defense with a heartbeat.

You can quit while your ahead, it is an option here you know.

surprise, surprise, surprise.

1. The burden of proof is on the football team. I know what my eyes saw.

2. I know enough to make the comment I made and you don't know enough to refute it.

3. This is the beaut. You need a season's worth of stats to make even the slightest of judgments. I don't. Our defense isn't one of our better ones and it had no problem neutering the UF passing game. What else is there to say.

Seriously, are there still Gator trolls posting here?, Unbelievable.. I've never seen anything like this
it's really a sad tale about their individual lives and is very telling about their apparent need to continue rationalizing the mediocrity we witnessed in Gainesville on Saturday.

The truly guilty just can't shut up and leave well enough alone. I give you the old man, two bits, as near perfect evidence.

we'll wait to hear about our QB and receiving corps after he has had 12 games to evaluate the situation.

Exactly.. I remember some people criticizing the Gators after their ugly 30-6 win last year, but don't remember any trolls rolling around here..

I wander if this many trolls were wandering around the Ole Miss boards last year?

Our receivers are nothing special at this point by any stretch of the imagination (based on play thus far), only potential. Yet I was struck by how similar our receivers seemed in quality to those of the Gators, perhaps even better. For anyone to argue otherwise is an exercise in futility, similar in many ways to your argument to our favorite delusional gator (and for once I speak not of LG).

how can you say that so early in the season and not being a professional GM? Are you a recruiting coordinator? If not, you just don't know.
