Is a No. 11 Seed actually among the best teams in the country?

You'd hope more experience would make you better. There is always someone smarter though and certain people are advancing beyond their superiors. I have a few friends that just rise above everyone else and it's crazy. They're a couple years younger than 30 and they've been making 80 grand a year since they were 25. They're insanely smart and do it in different fields. Engineers, programming, doctors etc. Older doesn't always mean wiser. Sadly.

In this scenario... I just think Iowa is better coached and our guys are more talented. I'm a simpleton and that's how I view it. Sadly. :(

meh...okay.

if this game is not close it negates the coaching differential.

Another quick point. Isn't the face that U.T. also somewhat of an indictment of Jordan MacRae? It would seem to me that he would be the player needing to make game winning shots/shots in crunch time. I watched him size up Wilbekin for 20 seconds and then pass the ball with 5 seconds to go on the shot clock against U.F. Shouldn't an all SEC player be able to create points at the end of the game, either from a shot or a trip to the foul line?

Hope he has been saving his clutch performances for the tournament.

Yeah me too. At least Wilbikin won't be checking him tho.

Poignant, 66. This matchup is being perceived as a high achieving intuitive basketball team (Iowa) vs an underachieving, numbskull coached group of more muscular UTathletes. I think Cuonzo's guys are actually hungrier and playing with a bigger chip on their shoulders and the talent overbalance will only be countered by over zealous refs. If they let 'em play, then Stokes and Maymon will control the glass and Richardson and McRae can make Marble take lots of bad shots. I'm pulling for the sweet 16.:nono:
