OC leaving won't slow Bama down. Saban understands what it takes to win. He learned that working for Bill Belichick. You work as hard and as smart as possible and you play physical on both sides of the ball. Even though I hate Bama and it pains me to say it. He is the best Head Coach in College Football.

I would say that I'm more envious of what Pete Carroll has built at USC. Looking at head coaches strictly as CEO's and looking at excellence sustained over a period of years, I'd have to give the nod to Carroll.

Carroll/Saban/Oscar Meyer Weiner. I don't have the proper background to contrast/compare them in terms of X's & O's, but that's my 1-2-3 for HC's that are great organizers/administrators.
