Is Dobbs the starter next week?

I don't think there's any choice but to start Dobbs. No way you burn a redshirt with nowhere to go and Peterman has to be hurt or he'd have gotten in tonight.

Yup.

If Nate is healthy start him. You have nothing to lose.

I just don't think he can handle the pressure. It's just too much for him. And it's also unfortunate he isn't getting any damn help from his WRs. Double whammy that North got knocked out of the game. It's hard to fault a freshman for letting the pressure get to him, but it is really really really hurting us.

Worley can't play and isn't Peterhead still hurt also? Besides, Butch has already anointed this super smart guy as the future. Hmmm...where have I heard this super smart guy story before?

I'll answer your question with a question. If not Dobbs, then who? Ferg isn't coming in, not need to burn his red shirt on one game. Worley is out. Not sure Peterman is actually healed.

I was at the game and as much as I hate to say this I turned to my friend and said "Dobbs looks like Worley" after watching him throw his 4th short ball into the ground in front of our receiver.

If Peterman is healthy then no.

This coaching staff has already done enough damage to Dobbs this year.

Otherwise he plays the whole game by default.

Since we're not playing for anything, I say give Peterman some reps in practice to see how he looks. Maybe go with both for next week.

Considering how Peterman performed against UF, there was no way they were going to use him, if available, while UT was winning the game. Imagine the uproar if Peterman had entered a 10-7 game and immediately turned it over.

Not true...Worley looks better.

Yes. Season is abject failure. Do not burn Riley's redshirt. Hope and pray he's the answer for next year. We now know that Worley is limited and Peterman and Dobbs don't appear to be able to play Division 1 football in the SEC.

At this point, I don't give a ****! Whether we win or lose next week makes absolutely no difference at this point. "Sigh" guess I'll start looking forward to next season!

He didn't anoint Dobbs per se. CBJ didn't have any other option at the time. Riley would've been the guy had he not hurt his leg. And no one can convince me that even he could've made a difference.

Who gives a crap? For the first time in my 44 years on earth....I honestly don't care. I'm mailing it in. I give. Enough is enough. Screw this coaching staff. We just lost to freaking Vandy with 2 weeks to prepare.....at home. Eff them.

Dobbs played like the true freshman tonight. I was encouraged by the report that he and the receivers were spending extra time after practice to get their timing down during the extra week. I guess it didn't help and North got hurt to further hamper his choices. I hope Ferguson is the answer cause we are handicapped at the most important position if he isn't for next year.

GO VOLS!!!
