Talked to one of our coaches tonight who talked with Gerald today, and Tennessee is looking great.. From what Gerald said he didnt have a whole lot of interest in UF he just wants to see what they have to offer...

GoVolsXtra reports he is gonna be at Tennessee & his B-Ball game may prevent him from making his trip to Florida. Also said the NC has no affect on his recruiting to UF.

Not to mention he said hopefully pretty soon he can tell Florida he can't go on the official. :)

Just heard him on the sports animal here in Knoxville. He said that he was 110% committed to UT. He said with UF winning the NC, it had no effect on his choice. He said that TTU and Florida had be telling all kinds of bad things about UT how they were gonna move him to DB when he wanted to play on offense, this and that. As far as his up coming visit to Florida on the 19th, he said that he most likely would not go for his visit because he has a basketball game that day and even if he did go for the visit it would be just to visit and not on a recruiting trip. Gerald Jones = true Volunteer

This kid has superstar written all over him. He has the talent and it seems like he has the right attitude. He could very well end up being the best all-purpose offensive player we have had in along time.

im getting too excited about football season with all this news. it is only what 230 days away?

Hopefully I'll be getting a job with the program in the football office and then maybe work my way into a GA job... I wanna see Volnation and also the progression that Gerald makes first hand..
