Not my issue. The fact that she's made the FHM list of sexiest women in the world two years in a row shows that thousands of guys agree with me. That's not the point though is it?Your issue not mine.
I just wish you'd come out of your shell and let your opinion be known. Not my issue. The fact that she's made the FHM list of sexiest women in the world two years in a row shows that thousands of guys agree with me. That's not the point though is it?
The issue is that I called that incompetent warmonger in Washington the Antichrist, and the best you can come up with is to question my taste in women. I might do the same thing though if I was trying to defend someone who is as pathetic as George Warmonger Bush. So how about it allvol123? Care to defend that homicidal bloodthirsty moron that you helped to put in office?
You know if Clinton hadn't reduced our military by almost HALF during his administration, we wouldn't be having this conversation right now. We would have more resources to go get the terrorists. Instead, Congress is porking up "Iraq" spending bills to fund our military and our Spinach Farmers. Is this war ANYTHING like WWII, HELL NO. For once, I would like to see our government act like adults and Americans, instead of little kids and politicians and get something done. Its funny though how people criticize Bush but forget that right now Congress has the same damn approval rating.
Bush's policy hasn't worked. Clinton's cut back of the military have nothing to do with the incompetence in the administration.. He didn't cut the number of people in the military. He closed bases we didn't need anymore. Still don't need them. He had nothing to do with the fact that fewer people are enlisting in our military and fewer college students are going through ROTC. That all started in the 80's.

Cutting one part of our military by 500,000 troops is a sign of incompetence to me.
I will assure you that we cut well north of 500K troops. You have no idea what you're talking about. Our maintenance and training budgets (per soldier) fell through the floor along with the number of personnel. We eviscerated the military over a 5 year period. Look at it as you wish, but folks with any semblance of knowledge on the subject will assume, as I do, that you are full of it.There was never a "cut" of 500,000 troops. Where did you get that information? 500,000 military soldiers were NOT terminated. You need to get your facts straight or at least stop twisting them.
You have every right not to like Clinton; however, he isn't nearly the incompetent fool Bush is. You can't even compare the intelligence of the two nor the level of knowledge on key issues.
assuming that you're talking to me, I am not trying to call names. I'm trying to point out the fact that our military was neutered over the course of the Clinton presidency. Whether that was right or wrong is irrelevant to my statement. Champy said that military wasn't drastically cut back and I'm telling hime that he could not be more wrong. No opinions involved. We reduced troops and budgets drastically across the military and we treated the intelligence services even worse. There are typically no fence riders when it comes to opinions of war in the US. Some believe that there is a real enemy, and that the enemy is or will be a serious threat to democracy, if not now in the near future.
Others believe that the threat is fabricated, and that our government is using perception to perpetuate constant war. They do not believe that anything really threatens democracy.
I tend to believe the previous. History tells me that wars occured long before democracy, and will continue long after I am gone.
Calling people names has no real place in this argument regardless of the side that you fall on.
