Croom is a four year player. Qualified out of high school. While I don't see Croom as a kick returner, his potential is through the roof. I feel he will be a good player for us and every bit the wideout CP could have been if he had stayed here (and maybe even better).

+ His mom is cool too :) .

Croom may play like a future NFL great, but CP was the most exciting player we have had handle the ball since Jamal Lewis.

CP was a human highlight real. I think he use to get celebration penalties just so he could have another chance to score.

Croom will surprise some with his size and speed. He won't be a CP, but he is a freak of nature athlete in his own right.

No. We won't have another CP for a long long time (neither will anyone else in college football for that matter)

CP stands for one in a "Century Player". Had he been here 3 years he would have been the greatest offensive player to ever run through the T.

If Croom were the next CP, Dooley would have made use of his talents last season. He certainly has the size and physicality to be a good wr, so I really like his up side. But let's not compare him to a freak phenom athlete. CP was so talented that he is going to be a first round pick at a position he still doesn't really know how to play. I would expect that Croom would have to actually be a polished wr to get drafted.
