The sad thing is not so much that you posted this but how unfortunately true it is. And especially so with courts rendering one-sided decisions in divorce, custody cases, and sex offender cases. Granting women so much leniency and leeway while being extremely harsh with men. I have long feared that such a climate will provoke a "nothing to lose" mindset in certain types of men. And we'd see increased infidelity, violence, and more towards women. This concerns because I have daughters and granddaughters. Added to this that women are well aware they will often win in court even when they are wholly or significantly wrong. Ending up with the house bank account and more. So indeed for too many, marriage is just a piece of paper for monetary benefits, though perhaps not exactly in the way you originally meant.

As for Les Miles, I hope this rumor is false. But if not, too bad, too many men in position of power don't know how to keep their pants zipped. Can't say I have much sympathy for them, especially the ones stupid enough to jeopardize their marriage given how much they stand to lose based on what I said above about the courts.
