It's not an assumption. Word is going around that this is the case and it has nothing to do with Kiffin.

Hes going to be 40 by the time he finds a team that lets him play on the perimeter. If he stays he could be a big part of our team. If not he will the age of senior by the time he sees the court somewhere else. If Maymon transfers than he is a fool.

He isn't transferring. He just hasn't gotten the minutes because he came in late, and has played sporadically while in.

Well, if his dad doesn't want him to play post, he'll have to get over it. He clearly doesn't have the skill set to play anything but post. I really like his 20% free throw shooting, as well.

I'm sorry but I can't support a player who is on scholarship and shooting 3/14 from the free throw line. Not only does his horrible form show a lack of practice on free throws, but it also shows a disregard for your team as well. I hope one of our coaches is currently working with him on correcting his form and helping him focus on making his free throws because he could be a valuable part of the Vols next year.

Okay...a couple of things....NO ONE knows if C.Jones gets in next year or not...Maymon was SICK....He more than likely will be around....We are ALL in the waiting mode as far as the NCAA is concerned....I believe the worst damage they can do to our team and Bruce is WAIT....its a tactic used often by the NCAA and its very effective....so PLEASE show a midge of maturity and patience and let this year play out....Enjoy the ride...it could get bumpy but drama is our friend..unfortunately....:spank::spank:

Hopefully he was just trying too hard out there when he was playing. He clearly is tenacious on the glass but you have to be able to finish or hit a free throw every once in a while. Also fade away 15 footers and wild 3s did not help his cause.

Might just have been a good reason he rode the bench at Marquette. Some say he got more playing time than he deserved due to injuries on the team. Time will tell.
