What documents are your referring to. I don't care about Johnson blurring faces. I'm not sure why the hell he's wasting time with Jan. 6 footage. It's just another lame attempt, apparently, to spin Jan.6 as no big deal. Is that it? Everybody recognizes Jan.6 for what it was except for the rubes who most constituted the rioters. His revisionist effort will fail. It's also another example of how the Republicans have NO legislative agenda? Nothing. Zero. Dems want to get things done while the GOP wants to make petty attempts to score political points. Losers. And Johnson, FYI, is one weird dude. He suggested yesterday or a couple of days ago, in a speech to some group of christian crazies/nationalists, that he was a latter-day Moses. Anybody who takes the bible literally, or as seriously as he and others like him do, should be in a mental institution.

Jan 6th footage had shown that people were peaceful until they were attacked from behind with teargas which actually drove them into the barricades. It was a setup. The government tried to incite violence.

Howell’s fingerprints are on almost every anti-Trump judicial decision in DC. She also authored special no-bond rules for J6ers, urged prosecutors to bring harsher charges, and was busted by appellate court for flouting sentencing guidance for J6ers.

Judge Amit Mehta, who not only refused to dismiss 1512c2 in J6 cases but also concluded it was a crime of domestic terrorism, has foot-dragged sentencing of Tom Caldwell, a 65-year-old disabled and decorated Navy vet on Jan 6 accused of no violence.

Caldwell was convicted of 1512c2 by a DC jury in Nov 2022. Mehta delayed sentencing Caldwell on numerous occasions presumably to see whether SCOTUS would grant cert in 1512c2 matter--which it did on Thursday.

Caldwell's lawyers now asking to hold off his sentencing until SCOTUS issues a decision. DC US Atty Matthew Graves, who wants Caldwell to die in prison, opposes the request.

Caldwell has no criminal record and did not enter the building on Jan 6. Nonetheless, he is one of dozens of J6ers with no other accompanying violent crime who spent time behind bars under pretrial detention orders sought by DOJ.

A Florida woman has been charged for being inside the Capitol on January 6, 2021, as President Joe Biden’s administration continues in its attempts to punish protesters while Democrats, ironically, deem former President Donald Trump the true “dictator.”

The 23-year-old woman was arrested on the charges on December 14. According to the attorney’s office, Balmaseda traveled to D.C. from Florida and exchanged messages in which she expressed her belief that the 2020 presidential election was stolen — a belief still held by countless Americans. The office alleges that Balmaseda was seen near a crowd of rioters who were climbing the scaffolding on the west side of the Capitol and was later “present towards the front of the mob of rioters on the west front of the Capitol grounds,” eventually climbing over equipment to make her way closer to the Capitol’s northwest stairs.

Judicial Watch Files $30 Million Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against U.S. Government On Behalf of Ashli Babbitt’s Husband And Estate​

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the U.S. Government on behalf of the family of Ashli Babbitt, the U.S. Air Force veteran who was shot and killed inside the U.S. Capitol by then-Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd on January 6, 2021 (Estate of Ashli Babbitt and Aaron Babbitt, et al. v. United States of America (No. 3:24-cv-00033)).

The lawsuit includes claims against the U.S. Government for wrongful death, assault and battery, and various negligence issues.

As the lawsuit details:

Ashli loved her country and wanted to show her support for President Trump’s America First policies and to see and hear the president speak live while he remained in office. Ashli did not go to Washington as part of a group or for any unlawful or nefarious purpose. She was there to exercise what she believed were her God-given, American liberties and freedoms.

After the rally, Ashli, like a great many other patriotic Americans attending the rally, walked to the Capitol peacefully, a distance of approximately 1.5 miles. Two undercover Metropolitan Police Department officers followed close behind Ashli as she climbed the stairs to the West Terrace. Ashli entered the Capitol on the Senate side long after others had done so. Once inside, Ashli encountered a female Capitol Police officer, who directed her to walk south toward the House side. Ashli complied, walking alone through the Capitol and ultimately arriving at the hallway outside the main door to the House chamber, where demonstrators had gathered. From there, Ashli walked by herself east, along the hallway outside the House chamber, then turned south, reaching the hallway outside the Speaker’s Lobby at the southeast corner of the Capitol.

The facts speak truth. Ashli was ambushed when she was shot by Lt. Byrd. Multiple witnesses at the scene yelled, “you just murdered her.”
