We get Bama at home and they look to be a good team that is going through some transition right now, so they're still beatable. UGA looks like a wrecking ball BUT this team came close to beating a really good UGA team last year with a better QB. Where do you rate the OU game?

Third toughest game, behind Alabama at home and Georgia on the road, and just ahead of Florida at home. Fourth toughest team, behind Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

We came close to beating UGA, true, but at the same time--they didn't have Gurley, Marshall tore his ACL, and 2 other players tore ACLs in that game alone. Also, they didn't have Sony Michel and Nick Chubb, who are basically version 2.0 of Gurley and Marshall. They alone make up for the transition from Murray to Mason at the QB position IMO. So to me, they are still a wrecking ball and will do everything they can to make a statement since this is the first year for the playoff selection committee to do it's thing and see how well it works.

I still do not (and will not) underestimate Bama or OU--AT ALL. We have a brutal schedule, and I still say we go 6-6, but we will have to remain healthy the rest of the year to do that IMO.

I think the toughest are Oklahoma and Georgia this year, with Bama close behind. (just because we are at home) I think Florida and Ole Miss will be tough too. Kentucky even looks good so far and you can't ever overlook Spurrier.

Call me crazy but I think that, psychologically, the toughest game for the Vols will be Florida. It has been nine long years for Tennessee fans and players alike. UT has had the Gators in their in sights on quite a few occasions only let them wriggle off the hook. Oklahoma is an unknown for this team because they have not faced each other since before any of this year's participants have been born. Tennessee has some momentum coming into this game as they have stymied two bowl teams.

Tennessee has played Georgia close many times and last year beat South Carolina. Alabama is Alabama but magic has been known to happen on TSIO. IMO, I feel that the defeat of the Gators will do more for the psyche of this team than against any of the other schools on their schedule.

I think OU is an important game from a national perspective. UT doesn't have to win, but people will take notice if UT can hang around in this game.

From here on out, every game is tough. The only let up until late Nov is UTC. You can take last year's UGA game and throw it out the window. The match-ups are completely different.

OU is the real deal and definitely a top 10 team. They are true contenders for the play offs this year.

USCjr
Mizzou
Kentucky

Imho, this game is gonna be our 3rd hardest of the season. But I do have a feeling that an upset is gonna happen in one of those top 3 games... just can't predict which one it will be.

i personally think OU is the toughest game this year.
Playoff contender
At home with a win record of 88-5
An offensive line bigger than most NFL teams
Beat Bama handedly last year (with what I feel is a better team than this year)

Yeah but UT can match those guys with Hurd and Scott...remember "The Hurd is the Word"... and next year we add Kamara...oh, my...and Paulk...we are set at RB for the next three years.

Georgia and Oklahoma are the most difficult I think, with Bama close....I could be wrong but I think Bama's perfection shows some cracks. We'll see...

Really any of these three could be the most difficult, and no one knows including them who is the most elite.....but any of them have a good chance at winding up in the NC game...... Georgia likely will choke somewhere out of respect for their peculiar tradition between the hedges though.
