If you honestly think the Sullivan County DA controls prosecutions in Knox County, you're dumber than I originally thought, and that's saying something.
Don't worry. Pearl aint kicking nobody off UT. Not in a million years. Kiffin and Pearl just like Phil will make sure the best players stay for the most part. the AD in Knox is as crooked as a jay bird.
This guy, you've been on here for a month, you have 59 posts and every post of yours that I have read is something about how bad a coach Kiffin and/or Pearl is, how UT sux in some way, or basically how the "sky is falling" on this UniversiTy.
Even your name "Geezzz" breathes frustration and discontent. Take a chill pill man. I bet money you aren't even a real Tennessee fan or at least haven't been one long enough to understand that people like me and others on this site, "REAL, DIEHARD, bleeding Orange, UT Fans", hate hearing ppl "YOU" bash our team and our coaches constantly.
Do yourself a favor and just delete your membership. I could stand to have one less troll around here, especially one who claims to love the Vols as much as I do.:bad:
Google says Greeley Wells is the Sullivan County DA.
Bosch is the guy who seems to represent all of our high profile players in court though. He had Janzen, he'll have Tyler now, blah blah
It has nothing to do with that. No, I do not think the sullivan county DA controls prosecutions in Knox county. I THOUGHT hat would know what I am talking about. It seems this boards ego does not know as much as he thinks he knows. I wouldn't expect a regular poster like yourself to know.

Where are you getting your information that Bosch is legal counsel for UT players? Is he on retainer ... or a UT alum who works pro bono?
An accurate assessment. No offense to the other fine defense attorneys in Ktown, but Bosch has a reputation of being a very successful defense attorney here---not just for UT athletes, some of whom he has defended in the past but also for many, many, others as well. I wouldn't know him from Adam but that is his reputation.
Pearl and Hamilton both said that the players past actions would play a role in their current punishments. Have any of the 4 been suspended or faced any other type of punishment?
I'm fairly certain Brian has failed a few drug tests. I think Tyler got arrested for shoplifting at Iowa. I don't know anything at all about Goins. I wouldn't be surprised if Tatum had failed a drug test or a few either.
How about Chism at the 4, and Hall at the 5. I think I'd rather see that as the starting lineup than to see Woolridge starting.
