anti abortion groups. that's about the only conservative groups that are created to work in the community, that received government money. Lib groups get 100-1000x the money that these small groups get.

the fact is, a-hole, i mean acorn is getting payback for helping obama get elected. that's the bottom line.

I guess you aren't including any of the faith-based initiatives and money pipelined to church organizations under Bush as community org groups either?

A blog is your proof that Obama has had illegal campaign funds? Maybe an AP article? Even a Fox News article would have sufficed. But no, you quote a blog.

Chicago Tribune??

More from Chicago Tribune.

Just weeks after winning the Democratic U.S. Senate primary in 2004, Barack Obama was the guest of developer Antoin "Tony" Rezko at a party for a controversial British billionaire whom Rezko was trying to lure into an investment, a witness testified Monday at Rezko's corruption trial.

Stuart Levine, the government's star witness, said Obama and his wife, Michelle, were among the guests at Rezko's home on April 3, 2004, for the party honoring Nadhmi Auchi, an Iraqi-born tycoon currently appealing a fraud conviction in France.

As he campaigns for president, Obama has acknowledged social and political ties to Rezko, as well as a real estate deal between the two that involved Obama's South Side home. But Obama has not disclosed his presence at the Auchi party, which Rezko threw as part of a campaign to persuade Auchi to pour money into a financially troubled 62-acre development in the South Loop.

Though not flatly disputing Levine's assertion, Obama spokesman Ben LaBolt repeated what the senator has said: "Sen. Obama does not recall meeting Nadhmi Auchi at any time or on any occasion, and this includes any event that may have been held for Mr. Auchi," LaBolt said.

You probably quote NY Times whose editorial staff is 75% openly homosexual as being Gospel and display outrage at some blog.

What exactly do you dispute as not being the truth in that blog???

When was the last time you had a date??

When was the last time you had a date with someone of the opposite sex??

As far as I'm concerned, these days there is far more truth to be found in some blogs than in the dinosaur media.

All these ''groups'' if they feel so strongly about whatever issue they hold dear should support that entity in and of themselves, that would be a start impressing me about the depth of their convictions. These groups that feel entitled to grab taxpayer cash to selfishly support their vision of how things should be IMO is just wrong.
