Vandy got the 23rd ranked TE this weekend. Not bad by Vandy's standard.

There's something to be said about signing 3 stars and coaching them up.

Oh, wait, did we actually expect high-paid coaches to develop players? Of course Saban can win NCs with 5 stars. Would like to see him win with a steady diet of 2 and 3 stars.
