CJ Watson has to be on the list on great Tennessee PGs. ZZ probably will be the most accomplished given the SEC champs, elite 8, All-SEC defense, etc.

The point is he wasn’t a scrub. He had 16 assists in a game and it wasn’t versus West Appalachia State A&T. He beat Kentucky 3x his junior year. The same year that he made 87% of his free throws.

Yeah, had much to do with the turnaround in the 79 season. Loved Bert. Got to know him personally about 25 years ago. Great guy too

Rodney Woods. Johnny Darden. Danny Schultz. Billy Hann. Tony Harris. Bobby Maze. Dickie Johnston. Tony White was a PG at times… especially when Fred was injured. Chandler and Bone had they stuck around.

I think he's already in the top 5 personally. If he has another good season he'll be hard to argue against.

Tyrone Beaman and C.J. Watson were solid point guards.

Watson was better than nearly everyone on the list you responded to. Guy played a decade in the NBA and cucked Floyd Mayweather.

Bill Hann was a terrific point guard except for shooting; he could defend, run the offense, drive and pass extremely well. He managed to get drafted by the Hawks even though he couldn't shoot very well. One of my personal favorites.
