Maybe they could stay in Israel during the renovation. If they go to a foreign country the odds of Israel letting them back into Gaza are between zero and nil.

This is not a good idea.

Why?

Because the last time a large numbers of Gazans went to Israel, they raped women, murdered children, set fire to villages and kidnapped a bunch of people.

Israel now asking Europe to take in the people THEY displaced. The people running Israel arent just evil but mad as well.

The US would be wise to just cut all ties to them. I am sure there are a lot of great Israelis but their government is the absolute worst.

Precedence says Israel won't let them back in if they go to a third country, Why not?

I was asking rhetorically that if Israel won't let them return, why would they accept them now.
All of them can never come back, and there can be no Hamas. It should never be an autonomous Palestinian zone again.

IF it’s true that large amounts of land in Gaza were sold by the legal Palestinian owners to Jews after the war began (and I believe it’s true) then what would they be returning too?

Why should any other country accept them? The other countries didn't kick off the whole problem by expelling them in the 40's. Responsibilty lies with Israel and the Palestinians, and to an extent with the Western powers that helped engineer the current situation.
That second paragraph is pure conjecture. Ideally Hamas would go extinct but it's not likely. Do you mean not all of them can return or none of them? Why should they not have autonomy?
