They illegally seized private property in violent fashion. They were removed, and should face charges for any laws broken.

There was an expert that said the DOJ can bring federal charges but they didn't feel like the Biden Administration would. Info is fluid so I forgot under what law. There has been several experts on television discussing various topics.
