LSU had 4 turnovers and 6 more penalties. Dooley can not win unless the other team turns the ball over 4 plus times like NC State this year.

I can't imagine anything would be done on a Sunday. My guess is tomorrow we'll hear something. If not tomorrow, we'll know that Dooley is staying until he either loses again or after the Bowl situation becomes clear.

You must not be paying much attention then, he has consistently shown that he has inside info such as calling Barnes commitment before anybody on the board had ever even heard of him and calling Peterman to UT way before anyone else did. Is he wrong sometimes? Yes, but anybody dealing with recruiting is going to be wrong at times as recruits frequently even surprise the coaches themselves.

I seriously doubt he has inside info. As the other poster said, he is wrong more often than he is right. I think he makes educated guesses.

Forget about bowl games, even if the Vols win out, they could get passed over. However, when we lose to Vandy next Saturday(no bowls), the firing of the staff will be on Sunday or Monday of next week. However, they'll remain on through the Kentucky game.:whistling:

If Dooley was fired people would stop being booing our team. Dooley is getting booed, not the players. We would support the team even more than they are now. Anyone else agree?

If Tennessee don't fire him now they will have to settlle for scraps.Tennessee needs to get a good jump on the other teams.

I just hope we fire him before the end of the world in December. At least all Vol fans will go to heaven because we have already lived through hell.

My first reaction when we hired Dooley was, "Who?" The entire fan base was underwhelmed. We gave them the benefit of doubt, but in retrospect, we were right. It was a bogus hire from the beginning and we knew it. Is anybody really shocked we are where we are today? No, we aren't. We knew all along this is how this would end didn't we volnation? So why wait for the announcement?
