I have never lived within city limits where discharging a firearm was legal. No way I am going to challenge someone I don't know and that may be drunk or off his rocker about his right to do it. The cops are much better prepared for that, including a little thing like backup. :fool:

i find it better to just go over to their house and ask them to turn it down....and if that doesn't work, well, anything goes after that, but everyone deserves one shot at a cordial request. If thier too dumb after that to comply, well, give 'em hell.
