Personally, I favor the 5th spot! Slightly ahead of OSU and slightly ahead of ALA.
I want the top 4 teams to ALL win .... OR TWO of the teams to lose!
That would give us a matchup with Michigan (in my scenario) or a date with Clemson in the Orange Bowl (probably).
This guarantees that there would not be a Georgia - TN and Michigan - OSU rematch in the first round of the playoffs.
I think .... "...the odds are good... that two teams lose." Yes, I shamelessly borrowed the words of Aereon. :^) .... AND those losers will not be GA or MI!

Yes and the SC loss overshadows that now for me.
Because it came late in the season.
We had plenty of chances to lose that Alabama game.

Right now I'm hoping the committee will compromise with me. If they won't rank us above Alabama, then I ask them to make...

1 Michigan
2 Georgia

Then when USC loses...

3 TCU
4 OSU

That way I get to see my OSU friend, that's joined the group of OSU fans calling for Day's head, after they get beat by Michigan twice in the same year.
