I guess you forgot about that little NCAA investigation that we were going through and how they had not decided on UT's punishment yet. I'm sure that had no coach uncertain about what he would be walking into.

Yes I do...closer.Tennessee isn't going to get any basketball players from Memphis in great numbers...Pearl was in the final 2 or 3 for every stud in the city one year and got none...not even football gets that many. The only coach at Tennessee that ever got a large number of recruits from Memphis was Johnny Majors. There is NO loyality for Tennessee among the hs coaches down there.
