I agree. Been a terrible decade plus. I'll take 11-2. Still not sure what happened on defense tonight. Just crazy.

After a loss like this I’m concerned that it might be another 15 years before we see another Bama win

It's been a fun season but I would not call it a great season. The finish has stunk it up a little. GA broke us like we broke Bama.

I’ll be honest, sitting there watching SC storm the field after hanging 63 on us I could not care less at this moment that we beat LSU, that we beat Florida, that we beat Alabama, it’s all for nothing in the grand scheme right now, this loss will be the image burned in the memories of everyone that follows college football. I personally will always cherish those memories of being in Knoxville when we beat Bama but it’s already forgotten to the world

It could of been so much more. Everything was eventually going to fall right into place for them and they pull this little number at the wrong time.

While it has been a great season, and even if we lose to Vandy, it’s still been the best season in 15 years.

That being said, there must be consequences for this performance. Whether it’s a locker room issue or a coaching staff issue, action MUST be taken. The defense cannot be allowed to lay this big of an egg without some ass whippings. If Heupel is the man, he’ll prove it next week and in the off season.

Isn’t that more of an indictment on the last 15 years than in any level of current season success given just how bad that loss was?
