It's time to send the players a message

I wishe we could send a message and bench our fans. No intensity today until the players and coaching staff start begging them for some noise.

It's absolutely the fans in the stands fault the Vols lost all of those games. And I think the managers used sub standard detergent to wash the players uniforms too.

So true. We have such a lame presence at our home games. It is quite frankly embarrassing. The few games I have gone to (which takes much effort) I felt out of place for getting excited about a block shot, dunk, three point play, etc… Made me wonder why I made the trip.

Watch other games on TV, and you will notice much more excitement from much lesser programs fan base. I have seen noisier, fired up fans at high school games.

Waaaay to late....this team has no chemistry, lacking point guard status, and just cannot get into a flow. They have peaked.

That sums it up. It seems as of late the players have been trying to make that extra pass, play better d, etc…, but the concept seems to be new to them, thus not good at it.

Maybe they will figure it out for the SEC tourney.

GO VOLS!

Is he? When has he ever performed well in a half-court game?
South Carolina - he played well in the halfcourt game, just not at the free throw line. He played decently against Pittsburgh and Villanova but turned the ball over too much. He played well in the first game against Florida, though he still had way too many turnovers. He played well against Alabama and Auburn when he basically had to be Hopson (despite being on a cold streak shooting-wise).

I think he has great potential because he's shown that he can have good shooting games and good decision-making games. He's been improving his decision-making with the ball recently. He just needs to shoot better and (mostly) be more aggressive (show a similar level of aggression as he did in the Alabama game) and he could be a great player for our team (average 15 points).

Pearl and McBee are not good players. Keep a 8 man rotation with good players and make the team run laps in practice for every bone head play they make in a game.

i have said all year that playing ten or twelve players.because they won earlie with alot of players. but they have gotten no better because .most teams start playing seven or eight playzrs.and that is the cause of their lack of consistancy.they will need to win out and win atleast five or six games and make sec tourney title game .with wins over vandy .wildcats and a rank sec team or two in tourney.i dont wanf nit
