ITT, we discuss the things we like least about our teams

Aside from the fact that we aren't "relevent" anymore, the one thing that bothers me is the fact that virtually every shade of orange under the sun can pass for Tennessee orange if it has UT on it. Why in the hell can't the sportswear companies use the real Tennessee Orange for Tennessee clothes? I have seen it as dark as Auburn orange and as light as GT yellow.

Even the damn uniforms don't match. The new jerseys are way lighter than the helmet decals and pants stripes. How hard is it to make all apparel a specific color? Idiotic.

1) The "Big Orange Exodus" that occurs at games that are still within reach (worst during basketball season)
2) Sometimes get nostalgic and throw around "traditional" when they really mean "old". Anything new or different is like crapping on Neyland's grave and so much as bringing it up means you should go cheer for (insert super popular school here).
3) We LOVE selling tickets to Bama fans during football season and Kentucky fans during basketball season.
4) Sometimes impatient and irrational, though that could be applied to many fan bases I'm sure.

Primary pet peeve is fans who boo and speak negatively about any specific players, especially during, but also after the games. Anyone who has played sports knows that occasionally mistakes will happen. Either be a fan and support your team, or criticize the coaches and/or team as a whole.

1. The fact that we never seem to blow teams out that we should. (10 years ago when we were good enough to be expected to blow others out - not really the expectation these days - it seemed like Florida would always beat Vandy 50-3 and we'd beat Vandy 20-17).
2. Feels like our fans are quicker to leave when we're down than some of our SEC rivals. If there's any chance we could turn it around and come back - then WHY ARE ALL OF Y'ALL LEAVING?
3. Wish we had a better College Gameday location (and a team good enough to make them want to come here!) Love the shot with Neyland and the river in the background, but I'd rather have in on a field than on the TBA ramps.
4. Too much tailgating in parking garages. Tailgating under a tent in the grass or on a surface parking lot is so much better than, for example, on the 7th floor of the 11th Street garage.
5. Mismatching shades of orange.
6. The fact that we will always be at a recruiting disadvantage to Florida and Georgia because of less in-state SEC-level talent.

Why does Tennessee not put out as much talent as Georgia? I've always wondered but never gotten a good answer.

Atlanta has about as many people as the 4 main cities in TN, combined. That's one reason.

Besides that. I see tons of big time athletes coming out of these tiny towns in Georgia all the time.
