Bill Clinton lied, it did not hurt anybody!

so did pete rose and barry bonds and roger clemens, rose didnt admit it till 20 years, bonds and clemens never have. mcgwire admitted it last summer and barely made the news.

society acts like everything is ok if you just tell the truth, thats bs. pearl would have been better off stickin with the lie. sad but true.

And he would no longer be employed at UT.

I hope and think Pearl will survive this, and if he becomes a better person from it let it be. I am more impressed with UT fans who demand their program be run clean and competative regardless of who the coach is.

being a UK fan,to be honest, we have no room to pile on and hope Calipari runs our program better than he has left others. With the success he has had in recruiting, I hope players want to come for the program first coach second and hope it is done open and honestly.

I hope Pearl stays......lets hope for our schools and conference both will run a clean program.

Well stated. Both Cal and Pearl have been good for the SEC. I hope they both run clean programs and have continued success.

I do agree with this, but for this very reason, Pearl would not have been better off sticking with the lie.

Sticking with the lie is a brilliant approach. Then we would be assured that Pearl would be suspended and/or fired and we would have major penalties from the NCAA. Some of the posters on here must be smoking something or have already completely fried their brains.
