Arrest by citation is still an arrest. If I'm wrong I apologize. I don't have a lot of experience with underage consumption, because when I consumed as an underage student, I did my best to not get caught, because I knew it was illegal and I'd get in trouble.

Yep, Kid is in college! Do we hear about this if he was a fish and not a football player? No! Yes, it's illegal, kids make mistakes. I remember my first year in college away form home! Well, admittedly there is a lot i don't remember!

JH will learn from this and hopefully never do it again, or at least not get caught!
