Ehh, I'm not spiteful with regards to Pearl. I don't like him because I think he's a a fraud behind all the phony goodwill and glad-handing. And I don't think he plays within the rules, either, but he is a good coach. No denying that.

You need to understand that JJ wasn’t asked to create his own shot off penetration nor are most of our players.
It’s just not Barnes way Of running offense. He runs his offense thru the post and we need to realize that most kids arent coached to create in his offense

The fact we had grant and admiral on the same team and wouldn’t just let roll the ball out and play sometimes blew my mind. We saw a glimpse of it against Gonzaga, but I think admiral just took over rather than Barnes loosening the chains.
