What bothered me the most about Banks is how unapologetic he seemed for getting in trouble and being suspended with hsi whole "smoking weed is something I choose to do" statement.
Could've still amounted to something had he learned from this and showed changes that he was making, but he'd rathe choose to smoke pot rather than get his life straight and get back on the field.
