Seen alot of film on this guy. I understand that we need lineman really bad, but i just want to temper peoples emotions and let them know he is definetly a work in progress. He could be a solid starter his junior or RS sophomore year. Let's get 'em though coach!

Maplewood doesn't have ex NFL and College players on their staff like some of the other Nashville programs. I am not knocking Maplewood's staff but I would venture a guess that they didn't play for the Titans, or Bama like Ensworth, MBA, etc. He will get more complete coaching at the next level.

Isnt this why we pay our coaches hundreds of thousands and up to millions of dollars? Get Stone here and let them coach him up.

I think everyone is saying we may need someone who is not as rough around the edges as Stone because of our immediate and short-term need for OL. If we got someone already quite developed, he could compete in the SEC from day 1.

The athletic and large part means that, in time he should have the ABILITY to play that position, but try and guess how often a true freshman can come in start and do well at OT in any conference much less the SEC. Not often. Only expect that from the 5* OLs and with Rivals there is only 3 of those.

what's the status on Chaz Green? i haven't read anything on him in a while...i know he doesn't talk much , but does anyone know anything about what he thinks about this coaching change situation?

TOS is saying that we are still at the top of Green's list... But he's visiting USC (even after all thats happened) and UF is still in there as well.

I'm sticking updates as the come in. I don't like the fact some of them may not be seen with all the traffic that is coming through here.

which translates we are probably 3rd on his list right now

hopefully not, but I think we have fallen a little bit with him
