And Still The Democrats Remain Silent

Top Democratic lawmakers in New York state remain silent after a fifth woman came forward to accuse Andrew Cuomo of sexual harassment - despite insisting the embattled governor should resign if any more accusers emerged.

On Saturday, Ana Liss, 35, and Karen Hinton, 62, both made separate allegations of sexual harassment against Cuomo, 63, bringing the total number of accusers up to five.

"Killer of our senior citizens Cuomo" needs to be impeached & removed from his cushy office chair immediately.
The corrupt Democrats should be forced to play by their own rules they themselves established in the last couple of years against Republicans. Dude is guilty without any further ado.....because the women who have come forward say so. #believeallwomen was their motto just not too long ago. When a Democrat does it he gets a little shrug of the shoulders. Everyone knows, except his idiot brother, that he's a prime-rib POS that breaths air.

Cuomo again refuses to resign despite new allegations, slams 'anti-democratic' critics

Cuomo aides 'OVERRULED His Own Health Officials and Blocked New York's Nursing Home COVID-19 death toll from being released while he and top assistant worked on his book'

  • Cuomo aides were engaged in a lengthy effort to prevent the true COVID-19 nursing home death toll from being made public, the New York Times reports
  • They repeatedly overruled and prevented state health officials from releasing the number of nursing home deaths, sources say
  • The efforts included stopping the publication of a scientific paper that included the true tally
  • Aides also stopped health officials from sending two letters to state legislators regarding the toll
  • Cuomo refused for months to release more complete data
  • The true death toll was only released this year after a report by the New York state attorney general found deaths had been undercounted by about half
  • The state now acknowledges that at least 15,000 long-term care residents died, compared to a figure of 8,700 it had publicized as of late January
  • The administration's handling of the data is now the subject of a federal investigation and an inquiry by the state Assembly

Andrew Cuomo Earned $102 Per Book Sold while He Covered Up His Coronavirus Crimes

As mass vaccinations bring the hell that has been the coronavirus pandemic to an end, it's safe to say what was evident to anyone paying attention from the start: With the sole exception of the Chinese Communist Party, Andrew Cuomo handled the virus worse than any other governing entity on the planet.

But evidently, it w
as all a part of the plan.

By the time the New York governor published his pandemic memoir American Crisis: Leadership Lessons from the COVID-19 Pandemic, both the media and public health "experts" like Anthony Fauci deemed Cuomo the hero of the pandemic. Already lauded with an Emmy and widespread praise, Cuomo then earned $5.12 million for a book about the pandemic published while the worst was still yet to come.

If New York were a nation, its death rate per capita would be only outdone by Hungary and the Czech Republic. But given Cuomo's early strategy to become a star, this seems like no accident.

Andrew Cuomo Applauds Justice Department dropping 'cruel' Nursing Home Investigation

Gov. Andrew Cuomo applauded the end of the Department of Justice's "cruel" investigation into nursing home deaths in four states, including New York.

The governor, who said New York is "not even near the top" in terms of the number of nursing home deaths as a percentage of the state's population, charged the Trump era investigation was "politically motivated."

On Friday, the Department of Justice announced it would not pursue an investigation into the nursing home policies in New York, New Jersey, Michigan, and Pennsylvania that critics say led to thousands of unnecessary deaths due to the transmission of COVID-19.

On March 25, 2020, Cuomo signed an executive order shielding nursing homes from liability when admitting COVID-19-positive patients, a policy government watchdog group the Empire Center for Public Policy found was linked to over 1,000 additional resident deaths. Cuomo rescinded the nursing home policy on May 10, 2020.

While the announcement from the DOJ is welcome news for Cuomo, the New York Democrat still faces several scandals threatening his governorship.

Janice Dean: DOJ won't investigate COVID nursing home orders – here's what I think will happen next

I will forever be grateful to former Attorney General Barr and Trump administration for launching the investigation

You can now listen to Fox News articles!

PROGRAMMING ALERT: Watch Janice Dean discuss this topic and more on "Hannity" on Monday, July 26, at 9 p.m. ET.

When Rep. Steve Scalise, R-La., messaged me on Friday afternoon that he had received word via a letter that the Biden administration’s investigation into the nursing home tragedy in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Michigan was being dropped I was incredibly sad, but not surprised.

Scalise has been helping me and other families behind the scenes in Washington to try and get answers about why Democratic governors ordered COVID-infected patients into nursing homes in spring 2020.

Scalise sent me the letter and gave me permission to post about it on social media:

A terrible day for thousands of families. In a letter to @SteveScalise @TheJusticeDept wrote that they were dropping the nursing home investigations in all states including New York. There will be no justice for our loved ones, and it feels like we’ve lost them all over again.

It was in August 2020 that the U.S. Justice Department Civil Rights Division requested information from New York in connection with the controversial March 25 order from the state’s Department of Health that required nursing homes to admit COVID-19 positive patients who were discharged from hospitals.

It also asked for records from Pennsylvania, Michigan and New Jersey – states that had the same mandates that "may have resulted in the deaths of thousands of elderly nursing home residents."

For months we were waiting for answers. As we waited, several sources were telling me the investigation was being swept under the rug.

Not only did Gov. Andrew Cuomo and his administration fail to provide any information to the Justice Department, lawmakers or countless reporters and grieving families who have asked it be disclosed, he blamed others for his disastrous mandate and instead says all of it is politically motivated.
