Fogle would be a great verb. Sounds like it would mean to leer at someone while imagining sex with them. As in: The creepy dude on the bus kept fogling my grandma.

I don't see why paying for a hooker is a crime, other than some sort of tax evasion reasons. Uncle Sam has to get his piece. If a man wants some booty and she's legal and willing then so be it.

It can obviously be taxed as it already happens in Nevada. With the way the U.S. Is making everything legal, I would venture to say that more profit is made off of policing, than off taxation. While I believe it is immoral, I would be a betting man that sex trafficking would decrease.

Once pot is legalized nationally then prostitution will be the next cause for freedom.
