Jarnell Stokes is without a doubt the best player in the country.

Isn't it about time he gets the Rod Wilks' treatment?

I saw Stokes changing a car tire while the vehicle was still moving... so I was just asking

He is a very good player but he is a long way from being the best in the country. But if he stays a few years he could be.

I said might. I understand Bernard King was a great Vol. But you can't compare stats from then and now. Different games, different rules. And there was nowhere near the talent then as there was now. The competition was weaker then.

We do have different rules, but they favor current-day players. Bernard didn't even have a shot clock and people would "pat the ball" to kill time. No 3 point shot either. One year before Bernard arrived, Tennessee beat Temple 11 - 6, and I was there.

Was the competition weaker in the NBA when Bernard led them in scoring? Bernard was a freak...watch him on youtube if you didn't go to the games back then.
