i wouldn't say finally, he's been a fixture on the O-line since his freshman year. our problems with the running game in the past, i think, had more to do with our backs and coaching than the O linemen. either way JJ has been solid since day 1.

The O-Line is the heart and soul of any football team. Great news to hear a leader is staying who can keep that continuity going. CBJ will have some very good linemen to work with!

This is excellent news and a smart decision hy the young man.

I like that he put it out there that he likes what CBJ is telling him and our other players and buying in this early on is a good sign.

It's been a tough road for our Vols football players but 1 thing most people forget is that coaches come and go alot in the NFL and our footVol players as proving to the NFL that they can remain focused during tough times, will work hard and can learn new systems from new coaches to remain effective which proves they'll be even better when they get on a team that has consistency where they can stay in the same system for several years plus the NFL loves more guys with 4 years of coaching and experience under their belts because they learn more and can play sooner in the NFL and they're normally more mature.

I just hope alot more of our players follow his lead.
