At least he didn't go too long without contradicting himself about not moving a guy out of the way to win a race.

There wasn't anything wrong with it, but just two weeks ago he said he wouldn't move a guy out of the way to win. What he meant to say was he wouldn't move Jimmie out of the way to win.

Maybe I don't understand what you mean by "move". He didn't bump him or otherwise make contact with him. Perhaps he took some his air away to get him loose but I don't think that's what he was saying when he talked about moving someone. In the race with JJ, he made contact with him on several occassions. If that doesn't count as moving someone out of the way I don't see how the pass of TS would.

Maybe I was the only one that saw Gordon's front bumper touch Stewart's rear bumper last night on the pass for the win. Oh well. I'm not even saying there was anything wrong with doing it, just that Gordon said two weeks ago at Martinsville that he wouldn't.

Probably why DE senior was so respected....he may have been ''dirty'' at times but he said in plain english what his intentions were and did nothing less. The passive/aggressive tactics some drivers use like saying one thing and doing another seem to get most folks irritated.

The #24 car is my favorite driver! We'll see where he is by race #20 (as we near the end of the regular season 25 before the CHASE!) and how much of a change will take place behind him.

You know Tid if they take away the bump/tap and go, racing is over.

Whoa....I'm a big Gordon fan, but I despise Stewart with a passion.

Anyway, Jr. can't seem to finish a race anymore.

Do I need to start a new thread saying Jeff G and Tony S are the best two drivers again?:)
No need to include Jeffy in that discussion.....Tony Stewart is the best driver in NASCAR......That's a fact....Saturday night didn't prove that but he is

Of course not . . . Why would you want to include the active driver with the most championships in a discussion of best driver? That would obviously be crazy.
I never said he wasn't a good driver........Gordon has been in NASCAR a lot longer than anyone else racing right now other than Jarret, Rudd, Martin and a couple of others.....So he should have more Championships than anyone else.....When Stewart has been in NASCAR as long as Gordon has, he'll have more Championships than he will.....Write it down

It's not like Gordon is a lot older than Stewart. Stewart has been around since 1999.
