So this guy had the iron will and fortitude to maintain a constant strangle on himself not only through passing out but was still able to continue to restrict blood flow to the brain long enough to die? This is the kind of story and reporting that should bypass the typical partisan dichotomy and rhetoric. These are real human beings - someone's daughter, sister, or mother; who were abused by a depraved, inhuman, monster. Real people have endured living through a nightmare.
