You know the semester is not over and he would play surely if healthy. Need him back for sure.

Sorry but this doesn't add up, you mean to tell me we have a DB with pending felony charges (yes I'm aware of the circumstances but doesn't change the fact there are still pending charges) who gets to play and start but I'm supposed to believe Banks was suspended for something petty
Don’t forget he may be under a different plan of action due to previous issues.

Here we go with the family trauma problem and we need to be understanding and listen to poor Jeremy (who already proved himself to be a thug four years ago).
Oh My, call in the counselor, Jeremy needs understanding, not a suspension. I guess Coach Heupel should be due some sensitivity training.

Reading comprehension isn’t your strong suit is it?

Where did I take up for Jeremy?
Was it the part calling him out for not better informing his coaches or was it the call out for missing team related things part?
Since when does something possibly family related become a family trauma problem?

You however referred to the young man as a “thug” which clearly shows your preconceived bias against him and a no quarter for atonement attitude. Since I wouldn’t dare to assume your gender I think it’s safe to refer to you as a Kylren, the perfect mixture of a sanctimonious Kyle and Karen. 😉

Do you actually think he’s going to admit to anything? He’s not gonna make himself sound like a bad team mate and ruin his chance in the NFL or another team. We 100% know for sure he wasn’t injured, and if it was grades he still could have made the trip and be a supporter from the sideline. Something has happened, whatever it may be.
Yep. Not sure any of the details reported thus far are very accurate, but I do think there was some kind of lockerroom confrontation.

If there was an altercation and no one was injured he should have played. It should have been handled by the coaching staff some other way than leaving our defensive leader in Knoxville with so much on the line. Again, if there even was an altercation.

Again, leave punishments or lack thereof to the coaching staff. It’s not your place or anyone place but the coaching staff, to say what should or shouldn’t have happen. Again, if there was an altercation.

I was showing Woodlawn that there was reportedly an altercation based on an inside source

Gotcha. Thanks for the explanation. I’m still irritated that we played so poorly on the road against an inferior opponent. Plus I have a feeling USC or TCU loses a game which would put add salt to the wound.

I know they’re young men and have egos, but daM$, put aside the petty differences and focus on preparation for Saturday’s game. I’m 51 yrs old so its different for a 21 yr old. But to get that ticked off @ a teammate and then try to fight your twenty-four yr old captain QB who has led your team towards a magical season?

I didn’t ask my son for any details as I’m sure his buddy (walk on player) asked him to keep a lid on things but the above was already leaked out.

They watched the game together with a group of friends and the player commented that it was obvious all wasn’t well before they left for South Carolina Friday.

Whatever the hell it is, they better get over it quick because even vandy would beat the team we saw last night, and if that happens I’m gonna have to drink hard liquor like I was mad at it.

Even if his words don’t read like legalese, I think we have to parse them carefully. IMO, he probably got suspended for missing meetings and classes as @Stoerner Fumbles has stated. Hooker called him on it and they mixed it up but technically the suspension was for the meetings not the altercation.

Hopefully, he apologized to the team, fans accept the obfuscation in his instagram, and we move on to win one more SEC game and have a good bowl game.
