That's what I thought but that may not be in writing after hearing the guy talk about the new LB transfer from BYU he said he wasn't sure what Banks was doing. But it looks like TN knows what they are doing.

The Shrine Bowl website shows he and Carvin as guys who've accepted their invitation.

Dropping out of the Orange Bowl would piss off TN fans, but dropping out of the Shrine Bowl would look like crap to NFL scouts. I can't imagine Banks is that stupid.

I've seen a lot of people taking a crap on Bentleys channel while fundamentally misunderstanding how YT works and this isn't just a post directed at you Skippy. You're just the one that was on the last page.

Boogie only has 3 minutes of intro on live videos because of how YT notifications work. It's the same reason Josh Pate has a 10 minute countdown before his show starts and why premiers on YT like with what Eric Cain does has a countdown. It's to give a chance to let viewers start filing in so they don't miss anything. Boogies pre-recorded videos have like a 30 second intro and then into the video.

Then the videos are 10 minutes and sometimes you gotta force it out a little because of the algorithm but more important Google adsense. The 10 minute mark means a lot for monetization. 30 second clips work great on TikTok and YT shorts but do nothing to help your channel financially.

Also at the end of the day boogie is a fan and has less connections than TB. I wouldn't call his videos clickbait. There's quite a bit of rumors and speculation sometimes but that's stuff we talk about as fans. He's covering the team from a fan perspective and that includes reporting on fan theories and rumors. I find it fun and entertaining and I'd much rather listen to him, Cain and the VQ guys than most of the sports animal crew these days.

I understand algorithms and how the guy makes revenue, however, being the tmz of Tennessee football makes him a grifter. I think a lot of people on this page could do what he does and that’s what makes it hard to give the guy or his video’s credibility.

I thought the general consensus was that he wasn't going to be here next year anyway. I know he can come back, I just thought he was going to the NFL. He just graduated I assume with a Masters, so I just assumed he was done with college. I'm not sure why he would come back at this point, here or elsewhere.

Calling my shot... if Jeremy Banks plays in the orange bowl then I definitely see 1 penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct and most likely it's going to be the dirtiest hit of the year by him. I hope that I'm wrong and he plays lights out. He was my favorite Vols player the last couple years because of his turn around. I just get the idea he is turning it around back to the bad side. Will wish him well in the NFL. It has been fun watching him play and having him as our bully to the opponent's team.

Saw him in person graduating. Masters only because he's been here long enough (keep in mind they also all take summer classes). That seemingly is not the case. I think he technically graduated in the summer, and just walked during the fall graduation (or at least that's my guess).

Defense has a chance to improve and make step forward.

It was a combination of things but it didn't have anything to do with the defense quitting or being upset about Banks. Now Banks not being there certainly hurt. Combine that with SC completely remaking the playbook to (finally) fit their QB and the team feeling complacent after manhandling Missouri (minus QB scrambles) and that secondary (which had been on the ragged edge all year and was succeeding only on max effort) was ripe for the picking.

If any team has reservations, it would be because of his mental health, otherwise he’s a tackling machine. May not be a an all pro or hall of famer, but definitely will make a squad and get a chance.

I just wonder if him being a one man grenade in that locker room was an accurate portrayal of events.
